1: 'At home' using trays which fit over your teeth. These trays are worn for 3 hours per night for 2 - 3 weeks. Below are the results

2: In surgery 'power bleaching'. We also have the equipment to whiten your teeth in 1 hour. This is with a light activated whitener. The results of the in surgery method are less predictable.
Tooth whitening needs to be 'topped up' approximately every 2 years.
